Posted - 07/24/2008 : 05:00:29 Hi all,
after going thru this already in another forum post, I thought I´ll open up a new one and we can discuss how to increase the value of articles further? What is your suggestion? |

Posted - 07/25/2008 : 04:16:34 Hi Alex, great thoughts - I´d like to see some articles with some kind of an scientific or experiencal background. BTW - soon the best rated article will be chosen and is receiving a free membership from TranslatorPub.com - so this should be a big effort of keep on submitting articles ;-) |

Posted - 07/24/2008 : 23:26:03 perhaps some of us have studied linguistics or have some thoughts on translation methods. It would be interesting to see articles on say "machine translation and its effects" or "Dialect- how important conveyd information could be for the overall effect" or maybe someone has ammusing examples of literal translations and mishaps (I know I have a list of those somewhere). As Stefan has mentioned previously in another forum, you can do the self advertising translation examples on your own profile but lets make the articles more relevant and interesting? I don't know, just a though.
