First of all, my deepest apologies to all for such a long absence. If you sent me a PM or email I am probably in the process of replying now.
Secondly,if your business is dependent on a good internet connection and you can’t afford to lose clients because of bad connectivity, get TWO! Apparently most stock market traders do it. It is even possible to set the two so that if one connection goes the second one takes over instantly so you never lose your connection with the client. This method is most important if you do interpreting over skype/google talk etc (speaking from personal experience )

Either way it is good to be back and able to be of help
