hi all,i just tried to get a 6 months membership for the pub. i used 2 different credit cards, both times moneybookers told me that they cannot verify my credit cards?! i live in the usa and don't have a cell, so i cannot receive that verification codes moneybookers offers to send out. what can i do? thanks for your help!felix.

Hi Felix,

I too had to get a verification code from MB, for a payment I had received there and wanted to cash...and I also live in the US. I had some of the same problems, but finally managed to obtain the needed code by having them verify my address. Try that procedure, it was very quick, from my request to the receipt of the verification letter, less than a week. Good luck, Lise

yeah, i got this 3 digit code... well, i have a visa credit card and a visa debit card. i tried both. i've never had any kind of problems before, that's why i am wondering. but thanks for your advice, i will contact TP.

Maybe you also just mean the CVC code? This are the last digits on the back of your card (I believe the last 3). Just turn your card around. What type of card do you have - maybe it is different for cards, I do have a visa one, ...
